DAFL Bears Football Club has 3 teams playing in the 11 a side Dubai Amateur Football League, one in Division 2 and two in Vets (over 35's).
Seasons typically run from October through to May with mid week evening kick offs 8:30-8:45pm. League games are played for 90 minutes with rolling substitutions, on some of the best natural grass pitches in Dubai (the Sevens, Jebel Ali and Sports City). We also train once a week during the season.
Pre-season training runs on mid week evenings from August to September, from 8:30-10:00pm on Wednesdays and Sundays for Div 2 and Vets respectively. Season training then continues until May.
